Feel the rhythm, connect with community, and let the music move you. We’re excited to invite you to our new Drum Circle at The Nesting Spot Wellness Center- a space to release stress, share energy, and simply be together.

✨ No experience needed- just bring your open heart (and a drum or percussion instrument if you have one, we’ll have extras too!)
