"We Are Water" Writing Workshop at Tollgate

Join Lansing Poet Laureate Ruelaine Stokes at the Tollgate Drain Wetlands in Lansing for a FREE Writing Workshop to jump start your creativity & help you get ready to enter a poem in the "We Are Water" Poetry Contest — Saturday, August 23, from 10 AM to noon. Meet Ruelaine at the southeast entrance to Tollgate. Park in the parking lot of the Covenant Life Community Church, on the North side of Grand River Avenue, between Fairview Ave. & Wood St. Park near the tree line. The entrance to Tollgate is just behind the east side of the tree line. Ruelaine will have an assortment of writing strategies & prompts. . . . It will be fun! See you there!
