Travel at State Day 2025

We are excited to invite you to Michigan State University’s annual Travel@State Day (TASD)! Byparticipating in TASD, you will have theopportunity to connect with over 225 MSU faculty and staff.

Cost: $500 includes trade show participationand lunch for one representative.

You will be provided with a 4 ft draped table centrally located in the Atrium of the building which includes power and Wi-Fi. If needed, you may bring an additional extension cord.

Registration check-in will start at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance of the Henry Center. Registration includes lunch for one person, with additional lunches available for $30.00 per person.

A lunch buffet will be provided for you starting at 11:00 a.m. Attendees will visit your table during the trade show and lunch from 11:30 a.m-1:00 p.m.

A $500 attendance fee registration form/invoice to attend the event is attached, please fill this out and return to dHJhdmVsIHwgY3RsciAhIG1zdSAhIGVkdQ==. To guarantee your space, please remit payment (credit card or check only) with number of representatives. Space is limited and only guaranteed upon receipt of payment.

The registration deadline is October 10, 2025.

TO SHIP PACKAGES TO EVENT:

Register your packages and pay via credit card prior at this link: MSU Logistics. Select “Pay for the Event MaterialManagement Services”. Then select “Logistics Event Material Management”. Complete the prompts including theevent name (Travel@State Day 2025), event date (October 28, 2025), company name, the number of packages beingdelivered to MSU, number returning to you, and the delivery date to MSU Logistics. Plan for your packages to arrive at MSU Logistics at least 3 business days prior to the event.

TO SHIP PACKAGES FROM EVENT:

MSU Logistics will retrieve your packages after the event and arrange pick-up by your specified delivery service (UPS,FedEx, etc.). Prepaid return shipment labels are required. Affix labels to packages and note the tracking number.

Info: 200+ MSU Employees will walk around the Trade Show to each of the vendors booth during this time. If you participate in the Vendor Giveaway, we will walk around to each vendor table and draw for the prizes.
