Hey folks! The fall is more or less here and Thoroughbred School will kick off soon! Come out for an in-house clinic (for up to 10 Thoroughbreds) and brainstorming session about the “semester” which will kick off after the TB Makeover (so mid-late October).

Clinic rides accept horses from first post track rides through Training (1.0m) and everything in between. We will have openings for Flat, Grids, or Intro-Starter level xc. There will be a BYO lunch and learn opportunity (saddle fitting clinic and / or conformation photo lesson) and a drinks and brainstorming event to cap off the day.
Auditors are encouraged but will need to sign up in advance. All auditing fees will go as donations to support Stall13 (non profit focused rehabbing and retraining challenging case Thoroughbreds - www.stall13.org).

Audit: 25 (or desired donation amount- all donations for auditing go to Stall13)

This clinic is Thoroughbred specific, but so much of what we do applies to other breeds. There are a lot of ways to participate in Thoroughbred School even if you aren’t in NY or if you don’t own or ride a TB: You’re more than welcome to audit, participate virtually (portions will be live streamed) or ride one of my TBs in the clinic (reach out about this- will be possible on a case by case basis).
*This clinic encourages folks to stay through as much of it as possible to get the most out of the day (think conference not just a one off lesson). I’m excited to have you all out!
Thoroughbred School began in the summer of 2023 in Georgia and taught fundamentals critical to riding ANY Thoroughbred - and useful across all breeds. What TB School looks like in NY and virtually is currently beginning to take shape- part of the goal of this clinic is to see what needs exist and how the school can help. Expect a semester plan (yeah yeah, a syllabus) and detailed descriptions of enrollment in mid September 📚🎓🦄
