Sound Healing with Rev. Julie Ross, Saturday, September 27 from 2 - 3 pm at the Red Cedar Friends building. 1400 Turner St, Lansing.

Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water.

ABOUT SOUND HEALING
Julie Ross will demonstrate breath work, guided imagery, and Tibetan singing bowls. She'll also incorporate chimes and sing mantras to release negative energies, calm the nervous system, and balance the chakras.
