This immersive experience blends guided silent breathwork with Yoga Nidra, a meditative rest practice. With noise canceling headphones and an eye mask, you will be gently supported as you move inward, quieting the mind, calming the body, and opening space for release and reconnection.
You can expect to be held in a supportive space where headphones and eye masks are provided, the breathwork is fully guided, and the Yoga Nidra invites you into deep rest. No prior experience is needed, simply come as you are. Bring along a mat or rent one from the studio and gather anything that helps you feel cozy and at ease.
This space is trauma aware, heart held, and open to all identities and lived experiences.
