Ready to level up your tumbling? Our WILDCATS Pop-Up Back Handspring Clinic is a focused 90-minute training session designed to help athletes build confidence, power, and proper technique for strong, safe back handsprings.
Athletes will work through progressive drills, strength and conditioning exercises, and hands-on coaching to improve mechanics, body position, and consistency. This clinic is perfect for athletes working toward their first back handspring or looking to clean up and strengthen an existing skill.
Athletes must have a solid back walkover to participate.
