Martini Cocktail class

Have you ever wondered why classic cocktails work? Do you ever wish you could come up with your own variations at home? This class is the 5th of 6 in a series that follows the premise behind the famous cocktail book "Cocktail Codex", which argues that all the cocktails we see today have derived from 1 of 6 classic cocktail recipes. This class will focus on the Martini and all the cocktails that have been created following it's strutcture. While the classic Martini is made with Gin or Vodka, we will show how either Vodka or Gin harmonize with dry vermouth to create very nuanced flavors and intensities of the Martini. Each attendee will be able to create their own Martini using either gin or vodka and an array of different garnishes and vermouths that will appeal each differnet palatte. The culinary team will also be creating some exquisite food pairings to go with your cocktails. Join us for a fun, interactive evening of drinks, food, and good company!
