What does it mean to make a program interactive? In this hands-on workshop, students will learn how to write code that responds to user input, makes decisions, and creates engaging experiences using HTML and JavaScript.
Rather than just learning concepts, students will actively build small programs and creative projects where users interact with their code—laying the foundation for games, tools, and apps.
🌟 What students will do:
- Learn the basics of HTML and JavaScript
- Write programs that respond to user actions and input
- Build and experiment with their own interactive projects
- Develop problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Collaborate in a fun, beginner-friendly environment
No prior coding experience is required—just curiosity and creativity!
This session is part of an exciting Spring tech workshop series leading up to 🎉 DemoCamp Jr 🎉, a student showcase where participants will demo their own projects for family and the community.
👉 Note: This workshop is FREE, but participants must bring their own laptop or computer.
Sign up and start building programs people can interact with! 🚀
