Healthy Drinks & Mixology

Guests will participate in making fun mocktails while learning some basic rules of spirit pairing, shaking, and stirring. We will also make some health focused beverages, that taste great and have health benefits. Get inspiration for your own homebar!

Learn with your community, and have fun experimenting together.

Students are limilted to 10.

NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• We do not offer refunds for classes within one week of the scheduled date. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.

If you have a food allergy, please check with us before registering for a class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made.

Whenever possible we utilize HAM SWEET FARM located in Williamston, MI, a short drive from the capital of Lansing. They offer a variety of products, including the lamb and poultry raised on their farm, as well as meat from other partner farms and fisheries.
