Got a game idea bubbling in your head? Now’s the time to make it real! In this hands-on workshop, students dive into game engines like Scratch and Construct to build their very first playable prototypes — while their ideas are fresh.
No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and creativity.
🌟 What students will do:
-Learn the basics of Scratch and Construct game engines
-Turn sketches and ideas into playable game prototypes
-Explore interactive design, logic, and gameplay mechanics
-Practice thinking like a game designer while testing their own creations
đź’ˇ Students will leave with a working prototype and the confidence to continue building their games.
This workshop is part of an exciting Spring tech workshop series leading up to 🎉 DemoCamp Jr 🎉, a student showcase where participants will demo their own projects for family and the community. Proudly sponsored by RMC (Recruitment Management Consultants).
