What’s better than one great band? TWO GREAT BANDS! Fox Pointe Friday Night Lights series is back, better than ever, and this year, IT’S FREE!

Caitlin Simone & the Lounge Cats: 6 p.m.

Enjoy the loungiest covers of everything from Metallica to Celine Dion. Incredible arrangements, impeccable musicianship, and a sense of humor.

The Rat Pack Jazz: 8 p.m. (This act has replaced a last minute cancellation)

"Rat Pack Jazz" is more than Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin cover songs. When Frank Lamphere takes the microphone, listeners become aware that they are not hearing just some ordinary singer. Much like the celebrated swinging male vocalists of the 1950-60s, Lamphere possesses a distinctive and smooth baritone that he uses to great effect. Rat Pack Jazz is performed with a band comprised of hand-picked, industry renowned jazz musicians and is presented in a loungy yet classy and show-like manner.

On stage, it's as if Frank Lamphere stepped out of a musical time machine from the early 1960s"
