On October 10th at 6 PM, step into an intimate evening of food, fire, and connection as the veil between worlds grows thin. Hosted and Facilitated by Chef Sarah Brown and our Kitchen Witch Chef Marj Wade, this Divine Dining experience blends the spooky fun of Halloween with the sacred act of honoring our ancestors.
The night begins with candlelight, spooky décor, and an enchanted elixir spell to set your intentions. Each course is crafted with story and symbolism:
🔮 The Elixir Spell – Blackberry Veil Lemonade
A mystical blend of blackberry and lemon, served with a veil of dry ice for a spellbinding presentation.
Fresh Sourdough & Whipped Herb Butter
Warm sourdough bread paired with airy whipped herb butter.
Haunted Orchard Crostini
Black bread crisps with whipped brie, caramelized orchard apples, and garlic honey. Finished with candied sage “leaves” for a hauntingly crisp bite.
Cauldron-Braised Short Ribs
Slow-braised short ribs, velvety and rich. Served atop creamy parsnip purée with a crimson blood orange glaze and charred Brussels “embers.”
Shattered Glass Pot de Crème
Dark chocolate custard served in cauldrons, topped with cocoa “dirt,” Chantilly “fog,” and sugar glass shards.
Between courses, guests will draw runes, release shadows into the flame of black candles, and join in a rose petal gratitude ceremony.
