Capital City River Run 2025

2025 marks the 32nd anniversary of the Capital City River Run—a compilation of family-friendly races that celebrate, build awareness of, and financially support Greater Lansing organizations that promote education, the desire to learn, and healthy lifestyles. This event series provides a premier racing experience, highlighting the natural beauty of Michigan’s capital city and adjoining rivers.

Kids' Race:
📅 Saturday, September 20
🕚 11:00 a.m. at Impression 5 Science Center
🎉 After the race, all participants are invited to spend the day at Impression 5 and enjoy a pizza party!

Half Marathon & 5K:
📅 Sunday, September 21
🕗 8:00 a.m. on Michigan Ave in front of the Lansing Center
🎉 After the race, all participants are invited to spend the day at Lansing Shuffle!
