Pickup Timing: Please be at your hotel lobby (or hotel entrance if no lobby is available) 1 hour before the scheduled activity start time.
Driver Contact: The driver will contact you once they arrive at the hotel or designated pickup point.
Shared transfer policy: This is a shared pickup service. Due to the nature of the route, we cannot wait for late arrivals.
No-show policy: If you are not present at the time of the driver's arrival, it will be considered a no-show, and the tour will proceed without a refund.
