This will be a morning of yoga to restore body and mind as well as enjoying a guided facial treat.
As always on these longer sessions, we will delve more deeply into the different practices yoga offers and enjoy meditation, breathing techniques (pranayama), gentle physical postures (asana), including Yin yoga, Restorative yoga and a deep relaxation (savasana), leaving you feeling connected, stretched, grounded and relaxed.
Suitable for all levels of experience in Yoga including those new to yoga.
The Guided Facial will be led by Michele.
Michele is a fully trained in leading guided facial sessions- she will talk and guide you through a hydrating facial routine, all products are provided. This session will last for around 45 minutes- it’s very informal and relaxed.
There will be a homemade "cake break" in the middle too with hot drinks...
