An affordable beautiful retreat, £280pp early bird offer ✨
This retreat is going to be held at Samyeling Buddhist centre in south Scotland, a stunning location in the countryside, super calming and peaceful. The retreat is not Buddhist in itself, but we will have the chance to learn from this lovely tradition, if we wish, in our free time.
🧘🏻♀️🍂 YIN YOGA, MEDITATION & SOUND HEALING:
Every day we will have some very gentle practices of yin yoga, pranayama and meditation, and also Sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls ☯️
All the practices are going to help us to harmonise body and mind, relax the nervous system and release stagnant energy, inviting out true self to have space to be and to feel the magic of life.
🏠 Accommodation is simple single rooms with shared bathroom.
The retreat includes all activities and meals for the weekend, it doesnt include transportation nor yoga mat.
No previous experience needed, all abilities welcomed 😊
Most of my retreats are mixed, but this one will be WOMEN ONLY 💓
