Candlelight Flow - Pilates & Paint ✨

We’ll start the night with a gentle, beginner-friendly Pilates flow with Valour Physio to help you unwind and reconnect with your body. Surrounded by soft candlelight, you’ll move at your own pace and find balance in both breath and posture.

Afterwards, settle into a calming creative workshop where you’ll hand-paint your own candle, a personal piece of art to take home. No art experience is needed, just an openness to play and relax.
