The Foothills Memory Café is a welcoming space for individuals experiencing changes in memory or thinking, including mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or dementia. Care partners—whether spouses, children, friends, or professional caregivers—are warmly invited too.

💡 Memory Cafés offer a chance to step away from focusing on illness and instead enjoy connection, creativity, and community. Each café is unique—some feature guest artists, others provide education, and many are simply a space to relax and chat.
