Join us for a family-friendly, end-of-summer block party! Enjoy food, music, kids' activities, and an outdoor movie. It's all about community!
Event Description
Come celebrate the end of summer with your neighbors at the West Walnut Street Block Party! Join local businesses Hempfield Apothetique, Rachel's Creperie, Our Town Brewery, Levengood's of Lancaster, West End Yoga, and Amanita Cafe for an evening of community fun for all ages. We're bringing everyone together for a memorable night in our favorite slice of Lancaster City.
This family-friendly event is packed with activities for everyone. Kids can enjoy a dedicated art and game zone, face painting, rock painting, and even mini yoga sessions. For the adults, there will be live music from DJ Yung Goody, yoga classes, and a special "Adult Chill Zone" to relax and connect.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a special outdoor screening of the classic movie, The Goonies, complete with free popcorn. Just remember to bring your own chair or blanket (BYOC)!
Throughout the evening, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks from your favorite West Walnut spots. Our Town Brewery will be serving up food and beer, Rachel's Creperie will have their signature crepes and drinks, Levengood's of Lancaster will offer their ciders, and Hempfield Apothetique will be mixing up unique mocktails and infused beverages.
Get creative in the community chalk art zone, challenge friends to cornhole and Can Jam, and browse local wares and art at the employee vendor tables. It's the perfect way to connect with the community and make some great memories.

Registration Information
No registration or tickets are required for this event. Just show up and have a great time! Food, drinks, and vendor items will be available for purchase.
