Sound Bath

Relax and unwind from the stress of your week immersed in the beautiful healing vibrations of the Crystal singing bowls, the angelic sounds of the Crystal Singing Pyramid and the nostalgic whispers of Koshi chimes.

There is no movement in this class, it's designed for relaxation and healing. You may sit or lie down...

You will need a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. The studio does not provide these. Please dress warm & comfortable.

Join Deanna Pagliaccio of Divine Light Healing in collaboration with host Lisa Fowler of Fitness with Lees in the LiveFit ~ wellness studio.

🕯️We will begin the evening with a short guided meditation followed by the sound bath.

🕯️Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
