Our last somatic release session filled quickly and spots for this one are limited.

This guided experience is designed to help you gently release stored stress and tension from the body calm the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of grounding and safety. Through intentional breathwork and somatic awareness we create space for your body to do what it naturally knows how to do release.

No prior breathwork experience needed. Just come as you are.
