Step into the stillness of winter with this intimate solstice offering, combining hands-on myofascial release with immersive sound healing.
Offered by Michaela of Sacred Hearth Healing and Danna of Sound Baths by Danna, this experience invites your body to soften and your spirit to settle. As sound baths fill the space, each participant will receive individual hands-on support through gentle myofascial touch — creating space for deep release and nervous system rest.
