Join us at The Lounge at Hempfield Apothetique this World Mental Health Day, Friday, October 10th, at 7 PM, for an evening of connection, conversation, and community. In these challenging times, it’s more important than ever to come together and support one another in finding ways to not just survive but thrive mentally and emotionally.

This sit-down gathering is a safe space for like-minded individuals to share thoughts, ideas, and experiences about improving mental health amidst the struggles we face as a nation. Grab a pre-roll, relax, and engage in meaningful dialogue aimed at fostering resilience, hope, and actionable solutions for better mental well-being.
