Pump and Run For Suicide Awareness

Every Year we team up with Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation to host an event to raise money and awareness for suicide prevention. This year we are putting a Spin onto the Classic Pump and Run Style event. This year the Challenge will be:

Complete For Time:

Max Bench Press reps
1/2 mile run
Max Hang Clean Reps
1/2 Mile Run

Weight Options For Bench and Hang Clean:

65/55 = .5 Seconds off
95/65 = 1 Seconds off
135/95 = 2 Seconds off
155/105 = 3 Seconds off
185/125 = 4 Seconds off
205/145 = 5 Seconds off

All Proceeds will go to Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation in an effort to help spread awareness.

Shirt Deadline is Sept 15th.
