About the event

Mental Health First Aid Class

Jennifer Sims returns to teach us how to recognize, respond, and how to assist someone in finding the help they need. In this class we will learn the various types of mental illness as each illness has many layers and degrees in it. NAMI covers this class at no cost, the workbook needed is $10.00 and is non refundable. Be prepared to participate. Lunch is provided.
