These talented local artists have taken the sounds of our region far beyond the borders of our state and back again. Shine Delphi—born in PA, raised in CA, and rebirthed in the Crescent City of New Orleans—lights up a room with a resonator guitar and an unforgettable laugh. Colebrook Road has toured from coast to coast and stayed true to their bluegrass vision for a decade and a half, with two albums in the top ten on the Billboard Music Chart, and a name that puts Pennsylvania music on the map (literally). $15
