Advanced Self-Defense Skills Workshop

Learn additional, hands-on techniques to get out of tricky situations

The Fairfield County Sheriff office provides important safety training to organizations across the region, and they've accepted our invitation to bring their Advanced Self-Defense Training to FairDems!

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. This advanced training is a more hands-on experience than the introductory course.

**NOTE: You must have completed the Introductory training that happened Feb. 26, 2026, or the September 2025 introductory presentation.**
