We will explore the 6 simple machines and their role in our everyday lives.

We will meet 6 times leading up to the state contest now titled the Chain Reaction Machine Challenge (previously Engineering Design Challenge and the Rube Goldberg Contest). State contest will be held August 5th, 2026 in Bismarck. Attendance at the state contest is not required.

Classes will be held on the following Mondays:
1. January 12
2. February 2
3. March 16
4. March 30
5. April 20
6. May 18
Each lesson will take place at the LaMoure American Legion from 4:00pm - 5:30pm.
