On Saturday, February 28, 2026, Kern County Public Works, in partnership with Cesar Chavez Environmental Corps and Lamont Sanitation, will be hosting a FREE Bulky Waste Collection Event from 8 a.m.–12 p.m. at the Lamont Branch Library.
