We are so excited to welcome you to this nourishing and peaceful Reset Mini Retreat – a morning designed to help you decompress, emotionally detox, and reconnect with calm, joy, hope, and purpose.

Yoga Flow with Chi Gung Seasonal Yin Yoga
Gong Sound Bath Experience
Brunch & Herbal Teas
Time to Swim (30 mins)

A beautiful setting in nature to unwind
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
1x Yoga mat or sleeping bag (I have spares)
1x Cushions
1x Blanket (for the gong bath – I have extras)
Notebook & Pen (for journaling)
Your Own Towel (if you’d like to swim)
Dress in layers for comfort
Blankets and cushions will be provided if needed

Prompt start at 10:00 AM – please arrive and park by 9:45 AM
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please email me in advance
If you have any injuries or health conditions (especially knees or back), email me beforehand and let me know on the day – gentle modifications will be offered
