Sacred Foundations: A Root Chakra Sound Journey

Join me and Rondi for an immersive afternoon devoted to the root chakra—your energetic anchor for safety, stability, and trust.
I will guide you through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and an exploration of the root chakra’s role in grounding, emotional balance, and connection to the Earth. Together, we’ll move energy, release what’s heavy, and open space for renewal.
Rondi will then lead you into a deep guided meditation, holding space for integration while playing Himalayan sound bowls during shavasana—allowing the vibrations to settle your nervous system and anchor the work we’ve done.
This workshop is for anyone ready to:

• Reconnect with the Earth as a source of support
• Clear ancestral and emotional weight
• Come home to their body and breath
