Laughter Yoga at Impett Park

Laughter Yoga is a fun way to lighten up, de-stress, and improve your health! No yoga poses! Instead of yoga poses, we laugh while we do laughter exercises. We are lighthearted & playful & interact with others. Intermittently, we take deep breaths. It may feel awkward or foolish at first, but if you have an open mind and let the laughter be contagious, you’ll have a great time and feel refreshed when we finish!

No yoga mats, athletic clothes, or equipment necessary.

Where to find us at the park: South of the tennis court.

What to bring: 1. Water. It's important to stay hydrated on these hot days! 2. Optional - A chair or blanket to use during relaxation and discussion.
