On Wednesday, January 28th, at Lakewood Memorial Library (12 W. Summit St, Lakewood, NY), Loretta Cheney will host a unique gathering for those interested in a taboo topic, death. All that is needed are curious, open-minded individuals willing to gather and discuss a topic most avoid yet affects everyone. Starting at 5:30pm, bring your own beverage, shareable snack (optional), a few bucks to donate to the library (support community gems, but also optional) and your thoughts, questions, fears, experiences, etc., to contribute to this intriguing conversation. It is important to note this is not a bereavement or grief counseling event, though sometimes tears are shared
