The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and hands-on experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, self-treatment instructions, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above. Investment: $250 pp,

Next Steps: Once you have completed your Reiki I, you may register for Usui/Holy Fire III - Reiki II Certification where you will learn three symbols including distance healing. There is no wait time required between Reiki I and Reiki II for Usui/Holy Fire III.
