I am thrilled to fire up a POUND class in Apple Valley at Spinning Sirens on Sunday nights beginning on September 7th!!

Join me to chase away the Sunday scaries with a full body cardio jam session inspired by drumming. This class is the perfect way to wind down your weekend as we turn up the music, let loose, and make noise together. Let's ROCK 🤘🏼
