-Learn about the healing process of Reiki
-Learn the hand positions
-Discuss the ethics of Reiki
-Receive a First Degree Usui Reiki Attunement
-Learn to scan the Aura and about Chakras
-Learn/practice self healing
-Receive a Reiki I Manual and Instruction Video
-Receive a First-Degree Reiki Practitioner certificate

Reiki is a holistic healing modality that encourages relaxation and relieves pain. Its gentle action makes it a perfect instrument to have readily available under all circumstances. As you learn and begin to use Reiki, you will discover that it is easily accessible in any situation because it activates automatically whenever you place your hands either on your body or on someone, or something else.
