Join me to chase away the Sunday scaries with a full body cardio jam session designed by fitness rebels using slightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. Using Pilates inspired moves, choreographed to sweat dripping, heart thumping music we will torch our worries, burn away anxiety (and a few hundred calories), and enjoy all the beautiful post POUND mood boosted vibes to take on the week ahead. This class is the perfect way to wind down your weekend as we turn up the music, let loose, and make enough noise to show Monday who the boss is.🤘🏼

No experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and your hydration. I will have Ripstix, extra mats and a killer set list

$100 for 10 fitness passes or $55 for 5 fitness passes. Drop in rate is $15 but please do pre-register to reserve your spot.
