Understanding Alzheimer’s: Building Awareness and Hope for Our Community

Join us for an insightful lunch program with Jody L. Mathewson, Program Manager for Polk, Highlands, Hardee, and Desoto counties with the Alzheimer’s Association.

With over a decade of experience in the senior living industry, Jody is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a leading voice in Alzheimer’s education and advocacy. She has dedicated her career to creating meaningful programs for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and to supporting the families and caregivers who walk this journey with them.

In this impactful session, Jody will shed light on how Alzheimer’s affects our community—especially its impact on children—and share ways we can work together to provide support, education, and hope.
