Rugby Practice will be comprised of warm-ups, cardio, skills, drills, coaching sessions, demonstration/practice, small-sided games/scrimmages, and game-specific orientation training

Dress appropriately with the team practice jersey, shorts, cleats, mouthguard, and water bottle. Wear additional clothing, if necessary, due to weather.
