Bartenders are often much more than the people behind the bar pouring drinks—they're listeners, confidants, and even silent healers. They create a space where people can feel heard, which is what Bud created. Unfortunately those people have been replaced after YEARS of being a family to the regulars/customers/ guests by the new owners/management.
