If you want to try Hot yoga, this is the class for you!!! Sixteen years of Yoga Pointe has taught us one thing—strong foundations make everything feel more possible.

Hot Yoga Foundations is ideal if you are curious about hot yoga but want a more accessible entry point. Practiced in a warm (but not overly hot) room with our therapeutic infrared heaters, this class moves at a steady, approachable pace with clear cues, thoughtful transitions, and plenty of options. You’ll experience the benefits of heat—mobility, circulation, and focus—without the intensity of a full hot yoga class.
