Women's Self Defense Series

Join us for an empowering self defense series for women!
This is a beginner’s level designed to develop and build foundational skills of self protection. Content will include situational awareness, defensive strategies, practical striking, kicking, and escapes. No previous experience required - don’t forget to invite a friend!
