SUNDAY ECSTATIC DANCE
Our healing dance practice allows us to release stress and attune to the natural flow of life while experiencing more grace and ease in our body-mind-emotions.
WHAT TO EXPECT: We will begin with a slow flow warm up, you can bring your yoga mat. Our somatic warm up practice that blends together breathwork and movement that will help you get out of the thinking mind and down into your body. The warm up feels like a gentle hug. After the warm up, we will move into a free from ecstatic dance journey that will take you through a wide range of movements and emotions with evocative music. Awaken your energy through the science of somatic intelligence using the technology of breathwork, movement, music and self inquiry. We close our practice with sound healing and meditation.
