Step into a Sacred Soundscape for a Vibrational Medicine Journey where ancient instruments, healing mantras, and celestial melodies converge. Our healing events are more than a performance - they are portals into presence, peace, and pure connection. Through the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, flutes, harp, guitar, and voice, we weave a journey that soothes the nervous system, awakens the heart and restores the spirit. Come lay back and allow yourself to be bathed in the frequencies that heal from the inside out.
What to expect:
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. We ask that you not arrive late because it disturbs the other participants. We lock the door when we begin the sound healing.
Find a comfortable seat. We have floor cushions with back rests for comfortable floor seating. We also have yoga mats and blankets for laying down. Feel free to bring your own. You can sit or lay down (your choice).
Enjoy the serene ambiance of JaiStar Studios. We use essential oils, incense, sage and palo santo for aromatherapy and to create sacred space. Please refrain from conversation to keep the space quiet for meditation and relaxation. Please refrain from using or wearing fragrance or perfume to class, thank you.
*WARNING: This is much more than a common "sound healing" experience. This is a full sound healing orchestra!
