Lake Worth DANCE MEET-UP TOMORROW 10 AM! #everyTuesday

This morning‘s crew living their Reggaeton fantasy! We love to see it! They did a fabulous job coordinating my cues to the music. There is no experience needed for these classes by the way. I offer different “levels” or as I often refer to them “options” as a way to make the class accessible for varying body types, limitations, and experience levels.

Before each class, I will ask if anyone has “anything going on with their body they’d like me to know about?“ This way I am equipped with information to make any further adjustments necessary towards creating as bespoke an experience for you as I can!
