This class is not about perfection — it’s about expression. We’re moving our bodies, tapping into our sensual energy, and allowing ourselves to feel sexy, grounded, and empowered at our own pace. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to dance, this class welcomes all levels and all bodies.

👟 What to Wear:
Dress comfortably, but wear something that makes you feel sexy and confident.
Heels or sneakers are welcome — choose what feels best for you. Knee pads are optional but encouraged.
