This gentle, supportive class is designed for anyone who finds it difficult to get up and down from the floor due to age, injury, limited mobility, balance or gait concerns, or pre/post-surgical recovery. Using a sturdy chair as our foundation, we explore movement 🧘♀️, breath 🌬️, and stillness ✨ in a way that feels safe, accessible, and empowering.
Each class is tailored to meet the needs of those in attendance, with smaller group sizes 👥 to ensure every student receives personalized guidance and attention. Chairs and all props are provided—just bring yourself and a willingness to explore what movement means for your body today. 💛
