Fall Retreat on the Farm to Realign, Reflect and Reignite Yourself

A day of sound and vibrational healing on the farm. Gather between 8:30 and 9 for hot and cold teas, a shot of house made anti inflammation turmeric and ginger juice, along with fruit to set your intentions, walk the labyrinth and burn sage or bay leaves by the fire. The day will flow as follows: group meditation on loving kindness with the horses in the arena, two at a time attendees will rotate between reiki sessions with the horses and sound healing, individual meditation, journaling and farm exploration, mini sound healing facial in the bunkhouse. The group will rotate every 45 minutes so each person will experience a reiki sound healing with the horses, a mini sound healing facial and have two sessions to meditate, journal and engage with the animals on the farm. Lunch of farm fresh salad, fruit and quiche served by the pool. The group will gather by a small fire pit to close the day. Come celebrate the fall equinox and find your inner balance.
