The last Friday Night of our Season will be October 31st with Lynn Goldsmith and The Jeter Mountain Band playing at the Lake Toxaway Community Center

Lynn Goldsmith and The Jeter Mountain Band is a Henderson County based band. They play a variety of genres specializing in a mix of bluegrass, country, blues, and rock. The band name, Jeter Mountain, is named after a song that Lynn wrote about Jeter Mountain, a song featured on her Carolina Girl CD and, a mountain range between Henderson and Transylvania counties. From her debut CD, Carolina Girl, Lynn soon became known as the Carolina Girl. Lynn—lead vocals and guitar - along with band members, Tom Murray-dobro and banjo, Steve Briggs-mandolin and harmonica, and Mike Orr-bass and kick drum, plays many of Lynn's original tunes, from four solo CD projects, along with a large variety of cover tunes from many genres of music. Lynn Goldsmith and the Jeter Mountain Band released their first CD in the spring of 2016. From high energy blues/rock to sweet country/bluegrass ballads the group shares the soul of all things Carolina
